Seriously LOVED it. The curriculum is super cool - integrates clinical applications to the basic sciences early on. The students and faculty really care about each other and want you to succeed.
This must be the friendliest school on the face of the earth. Admissions staff, students, and doctors are proud of their new school and genuinely want you to be there.
Great school, great people, they are looking for people who will fit their mission and values, but most of all fit in with the personality of the school, so granted you were invited for an interview they obviously like you statistics, now just go in and show them who you are, and I'm sure you will do fine, good luck to everyone interviewing here

Why did you get your master's degree? (The question itself was very easy to answer, but my interviewer kept pushing the issue to apparently make sure my reasons were genuine)

Beaumont is amazing, Oakland's campus was actually really nice, community feeling, a lot more diverse patient population then I was expecting... Just really an awesome experience
Outstanding anatomy lab and facilities (all new - built in 2009), the culture of care for the whole person at the med school and Beaumont, the super supportive environment for students. Faculty do not do bench research, they only teach and do research related to medical education - so they are very committed to teaching and working with students.

The TBL exercise!!!! It was a lot of fun and really demonstrated the benefits of having a TBL course!
