Overall it was very positive. The actual interviews were not as nerve-racking as I thought they would be.

Why do you want to be a dentist? (asked by three different people!)
What was the most interesting question?
None of my questions were interesting, they were pretty standard and predictable.
How did you prepare for the interview?
read studentdoctor.net and books about interviews.
What was the most difficult question?
When exactly did you decide to become a dentist?
What impressed you positively?
Everyone on the admissions committee seemed very nice and sincere. The dental students were very down to earth and answered all of our questions.
What impressed you negatively?
I felt like I was at somewhat of a disadvantage because I don't come from a family of dentists like many of the other canidates did. A couple of the other canidates knew people on the admissions committee on a first name basis because they were neighbors, members of the same church, or they had siblings already in dental school at MCG.
What did you wish you had known ahead of time?
I wish I had known it was going to be HOT in there even though it was November!
